How Do I RSVP for the Welcome Party?

You can RSVP for our welcome party through the Welcome Party booking page on our website. This is separate from RSVPing to the actual wedding. Please do so by August 7th so we can get a headcount for food!

What About Gifts? Are You Registered Anywhere?

Your presence is the greatest gift of all! If you'd like to honor us with a gift, we'd be grateful for a contribution to our house fund. If you prefer to give a traditional gift, we've also registered at Amazon, Target, and Crate & Barrel. More info can be found here!

Will The Ceremony Be Indoors Or Outdoors?

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors in the private courtyard at The Ivy Room. The reception will be indoors. We recommend bringing a light jacket if the evening weather is cool.

Yes! If you're staying at one of our recommended hotels, many of Chicago's best restaurants, attractions, and our wedding venue are within walking distance.

Chicago weather can be unpredictable in early October! Average temperatures range from the mid-50s to the upper-60s, so layers are always a good idea.

Doors open at 5:00 PM, and the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. We recommend getting there when the doors open.
